Ashleigh Cundiff
Hello, my name is Ashleigh Cundiff. I am a certified targeted case manager. I have always had a passion to help others make a difference in their lives by inspiring them to reach their full potential. I hope to guide them back on the right path to overcome the obstacles that have led them to be in the current situations they are in.
I obtained my bachelor's degree in Science of Psychology with an emphasis in Christian Counseling. I have gained knowledge and skills to help others through taken courses that are required and have received the proper training to become certified in the field of work. I have a desire to go back to school to do school counseling and obtain a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I love learning new things and being able to take the knowledge I have learned and put it to use.

Case Management is a Medicaid program designed to help you with what life is throwing at you so you can make progress towards your goals. Case management can help you by linking you to the appropriate agencies to help you to apply for things like unemployment, disability, medical care, housing, education, transportation, and many other resources that you may need assistance with. There are many resources out there that you may not be familiar with and it's my job to help you learn about them and get you all the information you need to help you get where you need to be.
